Welcome to Doggie Daycare!
Maybe your workday is too long to leave your pup at home, or maybe your furry friend is in need of socialization. Whatever the need, we’re happy to help your companion blow off some steam with a day of puppy play and human love!
FIRST TIME VISITORS: New to daycare? No problem! We offer a half day free trial. Bring in your pup for any six hours at no charge to see if they are a good fit and enjoy playing with the pack. If they’re having a lot of fun and you need them to stay beyond their initial trial time, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just pay for the second half of the day.
RULES AND REGS
– In order to attend our doggie daycare, your canine companion must be spayed or neutered.
– Your pup must be current on vaccines, including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DA2PP), and Bordetella. We do require proof of vaccines upon check-in before a new dog can go to the play area.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Monday-Friday – 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday – 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Feel free to drop off and pick up any time during our daycare hours.
PLAY & TRAIN OPTION
This option is available at Mountain Ridge through the Good Dog Project. See our training page for more information on our trainer. Dogs have the opportunity to do group training, individualized training, and much more during their stay. Your dog must pass an evaluation to enter so if you aren’t already going to day care, contact us and we can set that up!
What we will work on:
- Leave it
- Loose leash walking
- Crate training
- And more
- Leash reactivity (if your dog gets along great with the dogs in daycare but you experience excitement, barking, lunging, and growling on leash, we can take them out on a walk to build better skills)
- Dog-to-human resource guarding
- Separation anxiety
- Recall with distractions
- Nose work
- Long leash (free walks)
- Kongs/food puzzles
